Discovery stage

Here we will explore in more details main competitors of the project, their current solutions, visual languages, etc. Also, we will create moodboard with references for our future mobile app:

UX Research

The result of the Jobs to be done step will be a list of all use cases of the app. By understanding how and when the user will interact with the application, we will understand what patterns of behavior he expects to see, which are familiar and convenient for him. Thus, we can expand the list of competitors and build a more accurate application architecture.

Also, we will prepare a highly-detailed website architecture, that will include every single page and every single object in their layout. That will help us to approve the plan for the next phases before we even started drawing a pixel:

Wireframing

This phase helps us build the page layouts before applying colors and focusing more on the UX component. Also, the design system will start to be prepared, to decrease the time for the UI stage. To speed up the process of creating a design, we skip this stage and immediately go to the stage of visualization - the UI Design stage.
